How it came to be

Mike Martin the firm’s owner has been a licensed architect for 40 years. During that time he has founded three firms in Tulsa and Muskogee.  He has also served as Director of Architecture for large firms in Tulsa and Oklahoma City.  Mike established Spaces, Design & Architecture, Inc. in Muskogee in 1993, then later sold the firm to an Oklahoma City firm in 2011.  After three years of working in a culture that did not put the client first, Mike resigned and formed Martin Design Associates LLC.  Mike’s latest firm is founded on many years of experience in working in partnership with the client to provide inspiring and creative solutions that are imaginative, simple, friendly and great spaces to live life.
